JaMarr Brown

JaMarr Brown is the founder of the Selling In Color personality profile sales and communication training system and the creator of the “Break It Down Brown” personal development programs. He began his professional career as the youngest pharmaceutical sales professional hired by Allergan pharmaceuticals upon graduation from Whittier College. After two years of poor sales performance and nearly getting fired, he began to study the principles of Kaizen (continuous improvement) and study what gets in the way of a person’s success.

He relentlessly applied the principles of what he learned and a year later, earned the distinction of Sales Peron of The Year. Over the next 15 years, JaMarr would continue to apply and teach those success principles and achieve great success in Corporate America including Area Manager of The Year, Marketing Product Manager for a fortune 100 company and a Vice President of Sales at a medical device company at age 30. Over the course of his professional life, JaMarr has personally directed and guided the professional growth and development of hundreds of individuals.

JaMarr’s passion is to be a guidepost and bridge to help others identify what is holding them back from reaching their full potential, find their purpose and live the life they were meant to live. He has inspired thousands of individuals through his inspirational talks, keynotes, webinars, seminars and 1:1 coaching. He has also written two highly acclaimed books: What’s Your Sales Story,? Which chronicles his experience of going from nearly getting fired to Sales Person of The Year and his anti-bullying Children’s book, “Your Ugly,” which is designed to help children conquer the effects of verbal bullying through building confidence and self-esteem. As recognition for his achievements of inspiring individuals to pursue their dreams and ambitions, JaMarr was honored to be featured in the film, “Searching for Mentors.”

JaMarr loves to spend time with his wife and daughter, play golf and volunteer his time as a host and co-organizer of the Children’s Book Party; which is a program sponsored by the non-profit organization his father and mother created over 25 years ago; Reading Literacy and Learning.
